PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER
Job Description: The Primary Care Provider is responsible for providing excellent primary care services in an advanced clinical setting with a strong clinical support team. The multi-disciplinary practice offers both individual as well as population-based care. The health system is focused on primary care in underserved and key populations including schools and shelters throughout Connecticut.
MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES (MD/DO, NP, PA):
- New Britain, CT
QUALIFICATIONS
- MD/DO or NP or PA from an approved medical/osteopathy/nursing school.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited residency program in family medicine/family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine/pediatrics.
- PA or NP must have 18 months of primary care experience.
- Will hire MD's right out of residency.
- Must be board certified at hire and will be expected to maintain appropriate board certification and licensure.
- Bi-Lingual Skills English/Spanish Preferred
Compensation:
MD/DO: $200k - $250k / Year
NP or PA : $130k - $150k / year
