Regional Project Manager Role Summary
This Regional Project Manager role is designed to support all regional plants in capital spending, major outages, and minor maintenance projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Collaborating with the Director of Project Management and plant managers or leaders.
- Preparing scope descriptions, cost estimates, and schedules for each project.
- Expediting projects through the capital approval process.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to identify stakeholders on each project, communicate with them, and define what success looks like to each of them.
