The Regional Project Manager role is responsible for supporting all regional plants in capital spending, major outages and minor maintenance projects. This involves collaborating closely with the Director of Project Management and plant managers or leaders to assess feasibility, prepare scope descriptions, cost estimates, and schedules for each project.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify stakeholders on each project, communicate with them, and define what success looks like to each of them.
- Provide construction management supervision and represent MLC in the project construction phase, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project management standards, and safety standards.
- Define scopes of work, provide estimates of construction and engineering costs, and track project costs, reporting monthly on active projects.
