About the Job
- The purpose of this position is to support Plant Operations. Specific work will include identifying and documenting Standard Work, ISO documentation/auditing, training support and continuous improvement activities.
- Identifying and documenting critical and routine job functions for each operations manufacturing position and equipment used in MLC standard format.
- Developing training material and supporting documentation.
- Document employee training status.
- Working with leaders and employees to strive for continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence throughout MLC.
- Employees are expected to perform other responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3-5 Years plant experience or related experience.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Skills: Business collaboration and writing.
- Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leaders at MLC. Ability to collect data, interpret information, and effectively document findings/results. Ability to climb steps and ladders, work in elevated areas, work in all weather conditions, and other conditions as necessary.
- Behaviors: Proven ability to work with minimum supervision and be independently motivated to identify and document critical position requirements, routine work, and Standard Work.
