Job Title: Line Cook
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organized individual to join our kitchen team as a Line Cook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in accordance with established recipes and Grand Casino's specifications.
- Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
- Participate as a team member with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, FOH, and other pertinent Associates to ensure an efficiently run operation.
Requirements:
- Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience, with a minimum of one year of cooking experience preferred.
- Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
- Organized and flexible to meet the needs of the business, guests, and associates.
