The essential job responsibilities of the Senior Compensation & Human Resource Information Systems are to provide strategic consultation and guidance on compensation operations and Human Resource Information Systems. You will lead and work closely with the business and other compensation resources to effectively develop and maintain compensation and reward programs, planning, pay structures, and incentive models. You will lead business compliance and collaborate with HRBPs and leaders on escalated compensation issues.
