Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Sr. Technical Analyst :
- Maintain HR information systems configuration according to established guidelines.
- Analyze processes and HR data to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Create or modify custom reports using HR data and assist other HR staff with the use of reports.
- Conduct and coordinate audits on HR information systems.
- Assist with system upgrades, updates, and fixes.
- Serve as a contact for the organization on HR system inquiries and requests for assistance.
- This is a 6 month contract position.
