Role : Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst (Payroll & Benefits) - MUST HAVE WORKDAY IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE
Duration : : 6 Months
Location : Memphis, TN (100% Remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION : The Sr. Workday HRIS (Talent and Learning modules) Analyst role is responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of HR information systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and driving improvements through data analysis and system configuration. This position involves troubleshooting issues, managing system upgrades, and creating custom reports to support HR staff effectively. Serving as a functional expert, the analyst plays a critical role in resolving system-related queries, training HR staff, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, project management expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years as an HRIS Analyst total supporting Payroll and Benefits Systems
- 4 years configuring and maintaining Workday systems, including performing implementations . (Must have hands-on implementation experience)
- 5 years of troubleshooting and auditing HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy.
- 6 years creating and modifying custom reports using SQL and other tools.
- 8 years resolving technical user issues by providing clear and actionable solutions.
- 5 years ensuring compliance and securing HR data with appropriate access controls.
- 8 years collaborating with IT to manage interfaces, upgrades, and system fixes.
