Position Overview:
We are looking for a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) or Audiologist to take on the responsibility of managing the clinical and patient care practices at our El Dorado clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a dynamic, patient-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience by counseling and educating individuals on hearing health.
- Administer hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests to assess patient needs.
- Recommend and fit the best hearing aid solutions based on patient assessments.
- Educate patients on the benefits of hearing aids and technology to improve their quality of life.
- Provide follow-up care, ensuring patients are satisfied and well-adjusted to their hearing aids.
- Promote lead generation through networking and community outreach to grow the clinic's presence.
- Ensure compliance with all Beltone policies, procedures, and pricing programs.
Qualifications:
- Superior commitment to patient care and customer service.
- Comfortable with the sales process and a proven track record of success in hearing aid sales.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with sound decision-making and judgment skills.
- High integrity, honesty, and respect for both patients and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing (preferred).
- Full-time, permanent position.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
Salary:
- Starting from $75,000 per year, with commission and performance incentives.
Location:
- El Dorado, AR 71730 (Relocation required before starting work).
