Earn a competitive rate of $125-180 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $800-$1500 per day based on performance additionally, our second location is within 30 miles for the opportunity to expand to endless opportunities.
- Prepare and review personal tax returns for a diverse client base, including retirement-related clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the tax preparation process.
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in tax preparation.
- Conduct tax planning and analysis for clients to optimize their financial situation.
- Assist in resolving complex tax issues and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any tax concerns and provide solutions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in personal tax preparation, with a strong background in working with retirement-related clients. You should have prepared a minimum of 75 returns last season and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. Reliability and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this position. Additionally, strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure are highly valued.
