Position Overview:
As the Assistant Plumbing Service Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the daily operations of our plumbing service team. This includes coordinating service calls, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, and meeting performance targets. You will play a key role in growing the business while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of plumbing service technicians to ensure excellent service delivery and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with the Plumbing Service Manager, ensuring the team is dispatched properly and on time.
- Oversee the completion of plumbing service jobs, ensuring all work meets company standards, local codes, and customer expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper inventory management, including tools, parts, and equipment.
- Work with customers and Plumbing Service Manager to provide accurate estimates and maintain clear communication regarding job expectations and costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, plumbing codes, and industry standards.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration within the service team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plumbing with at least 2-5 years in a field or supervisory role.
- General understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service & support service team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Proficient with general office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
