RN Float - Nights
$20,000 Sign-On 2-Year Contract
Shift: 7pm - 7:30am | Avg. Weekly Hours: 36
Nurse Overview:
Provide direct and indirect patient care across all age groups (neonate to geriatric) using the nursing process.
Nurse Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions, including functional/cognitive deficits.
Develop and update nursing plans of care with expected outcomes.
Deliver safe and prioritized nursing interventions.
Evaluate patient progress and coordinate care with team members.
Delegate tasks and assist in staff training.
Provide health education to patients and families.
Maintain patient records and meet CMS quality indicators.
Nurse Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
Current Ohio RN license.
AHA Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification.
EKG competency, ACLS, and PALS (within 6 months for Float Pool).
