Position Overview:
As a Robotic Machine Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of robotic machinery, making minor process adjustments to enhance product quality, and ensuring smooth and efficient production. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring operations, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor robotic machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Make minor process adjustments to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Rehome robots as needed to maintain accuracy in operations.
- Observe robotic operations and monitor machine controllers for malfunctions and error messages.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and changing injection and vacuum filters.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a machine operator, particularly with robotic systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow safety protocols.
