To strengthen our motivated Customer Service Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Customer Service Representative.
Your Role
- You will respond to customer inquires concerning product availability, pricing, and order status via oral or written communication.
You will support our team by receiving customer orders via valid purchase orders, diligently and accurately entering the required data to generate sales orders.
You are ambitious about supporting our customers by providing written order acknowledgement within a specified timeframe.
You will contribute to the team by proactively assisting in the creation of job jackets, and completing all other assigned tasks.
You are committed to providing a high level of expert knowledge on all matters related to customer service.
Your Profile
You have a High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred)
You have already gained 3-5 years of experience within a customer service representative role. In a manufacturing setting preferred.
You can communicate fluently with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret applicable reports and business correspondence.
