Description
- Perform day-to-day administration of SAP HANA systems and associated components, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security.
- Work closely with Technical SAP Project Leads and team members to design and build the SAP ecosystem and infrastructure.
- Serve as a technical expert for resolving escalated issues, providing medium to complex problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- Automate key administrative and operational functions to streamline SAP system processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and direction to operational teams to ensure consistent system management and operation.
- Stay up to date with advancements in SAP system components and architecture.
- Resolve incidents that affect the operation and availability of global systems by troubleshooting and implementing known fixes.
- Collaborate with 3rd party providers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve application/system errors.
- Work with analysts, architects, and system owners in testing SAP software programs and applications to ensure they meet the business needs.
- Install and configure patches, support packs, and system upgrades as required to maintain system performance and compliance.
- 5 Years of SAP Basis Experience. 2 Years SAP Basis Administration focused on S4/HANA
- Knowledge and experience with evaluating, installation, configure and deploy SAP applications
- Knowledge and experience with SAP upgrades including Support Packs and Enhancement Packs
- Knowledge and experience with SAP Performance tuning
- Technically fluent in SQL
- Work and collaborate with other technology groups to support the SAP landscape
- Exemplary troubleshooting and ability to drive root cause analysis on incidents and problems
- Ability to provide effective onsite and remote support and troubleshooting 24X7
- Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information systems or equivalent SAP experience.
