Location: Boyertown, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Contract
Job Description:
They must know IQMS from start to finish. Configuration and all
MUST HAVE: Hands-on experience with IQMS
IQMS experience includes configuration, implementation, support, etc.
Responsibilities-
- Managing relationships and building consensus with diverse groups of stakeholders at multiple levels (managers, individual contributors, department heads, subject matter experts etc.)
- Manage, engage, and coordinate external resources such as contractors and service providers.
- Deliver enterprise-level services in dynamic environment amongst mid-market growth companies.
- When required, train users on the IQMS platform and be a resource for colleagues.
- Make product decisions during the development cycle or improvisation.
- Meet and talk with SMEs and observe, learn about, contact, and analyze customers/end users to better help understand the product, groom user stories, and ultimately build what the client really wants
- Facilitate Grooming meetings with development team(s) to groom out stories related to completing business requirements.
- Participate in scrum team meetings.
- Specify spec/acceptance criteria for each business requirement being completed by teams.
- Write new user stories and split user stories that are too large.
- Release plan/Roadmap; working with Product Management to create a long-term roadmap for your team as well as facilitate team commitment meetings during release kick offs to have teams commit to work that will be done each release cycle.
- Coordinate with the copy/documentation team to ensure all feature documentation is released with the product.
Your Key Success Factors?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, (manufacturing, technology, business, operations, etc.) or related field experience can be considered in lieu of a BS.
- 4 years of experience working as a team leader or a project manager.
- 3 years of experience working with IQMS.
- Experience working IQMS as a super user.
- Certified Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager- Preferred
- Experience working in Plastic industry- Preferred.
- Familiarity of competitive landscape within the ERP System Market
- Demonstrated record of leadership in software product management, business development and marketing- preferred
- User Experience Value mindset oriented
- Excels in communication, both written and verbal
- Excels in moderation, facilitation, presentation, communication, and conflict management.
- Works well with minimal supervision and can prioritize their own workload efficiently.
- Traveling 30-50%.
