MMC is looking for you to start ASAP!!!
Hours : 7am-7pm (8 hours shift in between)
Pay : $22 / hr
Job Description :
- Professionally interact with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries related to Medicaid program enrollment (including dental, vision, ambulance, physicians, nurses, and more).
- Complete 100% of assigned applications and maintenance requests, adhering to documented instructions and meeting daily quotas.
- Identify and notify providers of incomplete or inaccurate applications, revising deficiencies as per QA audits.
- Respond to inquiries about the status of applications.
- Research and contact providers via phone to resolve enrollment issues.
- Adhere to the Quality Assurance program, ensuring a minimum quality score of 98%.
- Recommend process improvements to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- Be flexible to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
