Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for solving problems? We're looking for a Helpdesk Client Support Specialist to join our team in Salem, MO. This hybrid role offers a competitive pay and both onsite and remote work.
THIS IS ONSITE IN SALEM MO 3 DAYS PER WEEK
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
- Install and configure software, print drivers, and utilities on workstations and computer networks.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
- Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action.
- Provide basic technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot application issues and diagnose desktop / laptop software problems.
