MMC Group is hiring for a Helpdesk Support Associate for our client in Salem, MO!
The client is a commercial food distribution company, and is in need of this associate to be able to support it's clients with any technical questions or issues with their client facing products.
Contract : Temp-to-Hire
Start : ASAP
Shift : M-F, rotating shift : 8AM-5PM CST 3 days a week, 11AM-8PM CST 2 days a week; some weekend and holidays OT as needed
Pay : $25-28 / hr DOE
Location : Salem, MO, on-site only
You will play a crucial role in identifying, managing, and resolving technical issues. This includes installing and configuring software, print drivers, and utilities for workstations and computer networks. You'll troubleshoot IT issues related to software, hardware, and networking, monitor systems for problems, and take corrective action as needed.
- Provide technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform basic diagnostics for desktop / laptop software problems
- Monitor systems to identify and resolve problems efficiently
