Temporary Service Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Position : Service Coordinator (Temporary)
Pay Rate : $24 / hour
Hours : 40 hours / week, Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
Duration : Approximately 8–12 weeks (starting early January)
We are seeking a Temporary Service Coordinator to join our team and ensure seamless operations during a maternity leave. This role involves managing service schedules, dispatching technicians, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in multitasking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer interactions.
- Schedule and oversee service routes for multiple field technicians.
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide service updates.
- Handle customer service inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Receive and process POs (Purchase Orders) from shipping.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements when needed.
