Aerospace Production Certification Proctor - E-test Monitor
Pay Rate: $21/hr.
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the aerospace industry? We are seeking a dedicated Aerospace Production Certification Proctor (E-test Monitor) to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to support electronic testing sessions at various Puget Sound locations, including Everett, Seattle, and Renton.
Key Details:
- Flexible Work Schedule: Must be open to supporting clients 24/7.
- Location (willing/able to support all three Puget Sound locations): Everett, Seattle and Renton.
- Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
- Culture: Business casual environment.
- Dress Code: Business casual attire.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students in electronic testing sessions.
- Adapt and respond to client requirements and requests for assistance.
- Maintain testing area schedules, equipment, communications, and manage risks/constraints.
- Monitor testing areas by checking in participants, enforcing compliance guidelines, replenishing supplies, conducting pre-requisites and pre-work checks, and performing post-session room cleanup.
- Provide status updates to the Delivery Services Manager weekly, or more frequently if necessary.
- Escalate any issues to the Delivery Services Manager in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on content requirements in the agreed subject matter areas.
- Assist instructors in classes, including handing out papers, helping students with computers, and ensuring safety in the lab.
- Potential for advancement to an instructor role based on performance and needs at the time of hire.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Technical aptitude with PCs, including the ability to help with login and navigation through various software applications, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
