Job Title : Call Center Agent - Full-TimePosition Overview : The Call Center Agent will respond to routine telephone inquiries in a customer-oriented call center environment by following standard scripts and procedures. The representative will perform routine tasks requiring a working knowledge of the client's services.Location : 191 S. Gary Ave.Carol Stream, IL 60188Hourly Rate : -$18.00 / hour ($19.80 / hour for bilingual candidates).-Eligible for Activity-Based Compensation after 8 weeks (details provided during onboarding).Training Schedule : -Monday through Friday, 10 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST (2 weeks).Work Schedule : -Monday to Thursday : 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM CST-Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST-Saturday : 9 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM CST (1 Saturday per month)Key Responsibilities : -Handle routine telephone inquiries and issues using standard scripts and procedures across multiple computer applications.-Gather information from callers to accurately address and resolve questions or concerns.-Provide timely communication and resolution options to callers.-Escalate non-routine inquiries or complex issues to senior-level call center representatives as needed.-Actively participate in team meetings, offering suggestions to improve processes and efficiency.-Provide guidance, training, and support to newly hired staff when required.-Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications : -Education : High School Diploma or GED.-Experience : Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.-Skills : -Strong oral communication skills.-Excellent attendance and time management.-Proficiency with PCs and related software, including keyboarding skills.-Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.-Ability to follow guidelines and directions effectively.This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a customer-oriented environment and are looking for a chance to grow within a supportive team.
