- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (Strong electrical background preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with PLCs, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting various control systems
- Ability to diagnose & repair electrical / mechanical issues up to 600 volts
- Knowledge of industrial automation software (RSLogix, Sort Director, Flex Sort, etc.)
- Experience with HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, & water treatment systems
