About us
We are seeking an experienced equipment operator for Longwood at Oakmont to remove snow on this commercial property. You must be able to plow snow in a skid steer or wheel loader. Work is on call and intermittent.
Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots and other designated areas
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate efforts and address any issues or concerns
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
