The Molding and Assembly Operator is responsible for operating injection molding machines and performing assembly operations to produce molded medical components.
Responsibilities:
- Cleanroom preparation and maintenance including particulate measuring, moping, wiping surfaces and other cleaning activities.
- Operate multiple injection molding presses.
- Inspect, trim, label and package products.
- Perform assembly and printing operations.
- Record production using reconciliation sheets and ERP system.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical manufacturing experience is ideal but we are happy to train the right person.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Good manual dexterity and high attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (7:00am – 3:00pm)
