We have several reputable client organizations who are looking for a skilled Help Desk Lead who will lead helpdesk teams, troubleshoot IT tickets, drive IT processes, and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive the organization's continuous growth.

Skills Needed:
- Design, develop, and update training materials for help desk staff to improve technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Schedule and assign regular training sessions to ensure staff stays up to date with the latest technologies and practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to standardize IT processes and establish clear communication channels.
- Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep end-users informed about changes and updates affecting their computer systems and network usage.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of network support systems, desktop support environments, and IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Effectively manage and allocate a budget for IT operations and projects, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Office Suite, and familiarity with network systems.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems to track and manage support requests and projects.
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
