We are seeking a highly skilled Program Managers with a strong background in infrastructure and application projects. The ideal candidate will be a part of the PMO team and be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple technical projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of senior program management experience, focusing on Infrastructure and/or Application programs.
- Proven success in managing and delivering large, complex IT programs with budgets.
- Lead the execution of these plans, ensuring that projects meet their milestones and deliverables.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement project solutions that align with business requirements and IT standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in program management by introducing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with executive leadership and ensure program alignment with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Create project charters, reports, and presentations for leadership, providing clear visibility into program progress.
- Oversee resource planning and budget planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively solve problems.
