Data Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation operational system that will support key business functions. In this role, you will drive critical programs from ideation to execution, working with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization. You will collaborate with a high-performing engineering team to deliver solutions that align with business needs and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to improve user experiences and drive impactful outcomes.
• Define the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for core data and API operations.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution to meet key objectives.
• Gather requirements, define features, manage backlogs, and ensure rapid product delivery.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards, monitoring processes, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all new data and product initiatives align with compliance and business policies.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and leadership to align resources and priorities.
• Advocate for the adoption and understanding of core data infrastructure and API capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, leading the development of enterprise or consumer software, applications, or data-driven tools.
• 3 years of experience shaping product strategy and managing data infrastructure to support business objectives.
• 2 years of experience building and launching APIs or API-based products.
• Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, growth-focused technology, and operational platforms.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and SCRUM frameworks.
• Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into effective product solutions.
