Our multi-billion dollar client company is one of the world’s largest manufacturing organizations with economy-proof products that allows them to prosper and grow even through economic shifts.
They are looking for a direct-hire Manager of Product Management to join their team. Managing both product strategy and team leadership, the role is 50% product management and 50% leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of Product Managers.
- Oversee their main software application product roadmap and manage its expansion.
- Drive Agile adoption and improve IT processes.
- Work with stakeholders across business, IT, marketing, and legal.
- Support the a programming language transition on their main application.
- Must be comfortable working across technical and business teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading teams and working with Agile.
- Strong process management and product ownership skills.
- Detail-oriented with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with project management tracking tools (ex: Jira, Smartsheets, etc.)
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
