We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Financials Business Analyst with specialized expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing and streamlining financial operations within Workday Financials, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will focus on configuring, automating, and optimizing AP and AR processes, supporting the growth of our automotive body works and repair business.

Position Summary:
- Oversee the complete Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) lifecycle within Workday Financials, ensuring smooth and compliant financial transactions.
- Configure and fine-tune Workday’s AP and AR modules, covering vendor invoicing, payment processing, customer billing, and collections.
- Drive automation of AP/AR workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize manual processes.
- Supervise cash management operations, including bank reconciliations and settlements.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday Financials functionalities to align with evolving business requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards, real-time reporting, and analytics to track AP and AR performance.
- Ensure seamless data integration between AP/AR, General Ledger (GL), cash management, and banking & settlement modules.
- Perform GL reconciliations for AP and AR, ensuring accurate reporting of P&L and balance sheet data.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal financial regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary financial records and reports.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations teams to refine and optimize AP/AR workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and user support to enhance the adoption of Workday Financials across teams.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and process automation initiatives to improve financial efficiency.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday Financials, specializing in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- In-depth understanding of financial accounting principles and best practices.
- Proven track record of Workday Financials implementations and process optimizations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Workday certification in Financials or AP/AR modules.
- Preferable experience in Workday Adaptive Planning or other reporting tools
- Hands on technical experience configuring, troubleshooting, enhancing and customizing Workday modules
Compensation:
Total Compensation BOE: $125,000 – $160,000 Salary plus bonus
