Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Mirarchi Electric Inc. is seeking a driven and outgoing individual to support the organization’s senior staff and executives as an Accounting & Project Coordinator in their Business Operations Department. Job functions and duties include:
- Inventory, Scheduling, and Fleet Management Specialist.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage inventory and billing of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely procurement, while maximizing profitability procedures with C.O.O
- Work with Lead Field Technician to ensure regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality control.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and proposals for prospective projects, with oversight from C.E.O.
- Utilize project management software in Service Titan to monitor and enhance profitability of jobs
- Manage resources effectively to optimize productivity while minimizing costs.
- Perform expense classifications and basic journal entries in coordination with the Chief Operating Officer/Director of Finance
- Assists Field Operations Manager as scheduling assistant on daily basis, including arranging permitting and licensing as needed
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company’s Business Operations Department, including making timely bank deposits to the company accounts as needed
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Electrical/Construction background preferred
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred. 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. Electrical or Construction background is a major plus.

Must be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office; Strong Verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to shift between job functions while maintaining organization and attention to detail; Data entry experience

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
