We are seeking a skilled Auto Damage Assessment Specialist to join our team at MMG Insurance. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. They will be responsible for working closely with management to develop and implement repair, appraisal, and re-inspection guidelines and workflow.
This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The selected individual will be expected to travel occasionally to perform essential duties and responsibilities of the position and to fulfill educational requirements.
The Auto Damage Assessment Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with independent adjusting and appraisal firms, agents, attorneys, salvage buyers, and other similar firms as necessary. They will also be expected to represent the Company's position at mediation, arbitration, and appraisal hearings when necessary.
