Senior Re-inspector Job Description
The Senior Re-inspector will perform re-inspections and closed file audits within the Auto Advantage Program. They will determine what variances, exceptions, or modifications may be necessary. The role requires coaching and/or training to ensure estimates and appraisals are within manufacturers' repair recommendations and approving when appropriate.

This role requires working full-time in one of the following states: Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Georgia, New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Virginia, Vermont, South Carolina, Florida, or Texas.
The Senior Re-inspector will perform re-inspections and closed file audits within the Auto Advantage Program. They will determine what variances, exceptions, or modifications may be necessary. Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes appropriate repair, appraisal, and re-inspection guidelines and workflow.
- Provides expert advice to management on repair guidelines and workflow as part of a long-term planning process.
- Manages and maintains a productive and effective workload schedule to accomplish required tasks and goals.
- Coaches and trains auto repair shops, independent appraisal firms, and outside staff appraisers concerning appropriate repair and appraisal guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Above-average telephone skills.
- Above-average interpersonal, relationship skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- The ability to professionally articulate a position or a decision in an adversarial situation.
