What You'll Do:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Support new hire orientation to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensure exceptional candidate experiences.
- Manage our recruitment advertising across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Plan and attend engaging job fairs at local schools and colleges.
- Provide HR support in areas like employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of HR generalist functions is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in social media recruiting and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in plastic injection molding or similar industries.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, Pashto, Arabic, or Urdu.
