What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist/Recruiter position at Phoenix Services LLC?
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Recruiter/HR Generalist! You would be responsible for full cycle recruiting and supporting the HR department in a manufacturing setting.
Duties:
- Use various avenues to source talent for all current and upcoming vacancies; job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support HR operations, including assisting with employee relations, performance management, new hire orientations, and HR administration
- Coordinate all recruitment advertising
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruitment metrics, and employee records
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Attend local job fairs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements regarding the hiring of employees
- Support HR compliance efforts, including policy administration, audits, and legal
updates
- Other duties as necessary
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and experience in HR Generalist functions such as employee relations, compliance, and training. Must also be proficient in social media, internet search tools, and MS Office. PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
