The award-winning The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort is looking for a part-time Wedding Concierge! If you have a passion for hospitality, a creative eye for details, strong communication skills, and you believe in jumping in and working hands-on with clients, then this could be the job for you! We are looking for someone to not only continue our tradition of excellence but to improve the guest experience.
As the Wedding Events Coordinator, you will be an important part of the Catering and Conference Services team. You will be responsible for assisting the team by organizing and communicating with vendors, wedding couples, and other departments to ensure that the client's vision and expectations are being met before, during, and after the event(s).
The ideal person for this position would be a college student or individual looking to gain experience in event planning and coordinating. This position provides opportunities to work in numerous aspects of Catering as well as interact with various departments of the Resort. this person will also have a strong commitment to learning and growing in the hospitality and/or events field and understand the importance of guest satisfaction.
