Job Responsibilities:
Conducting menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and innovative culinary offering
Supervising food quality and ensuring that high standards are consistently maintained
Managing food costs and optimizing kitchen operations
Guiding and mentoring kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
Developing and executing banquet catering events
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in culinary management
Thorough knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations
Experience in menu development and food preparation
Ability to effectively manage labor and food costs
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
