Job Description
The successful candidate will have four years of professional forestry experience, including at least two years in a senior forester role providing primary leadership to forestry staff with an emphasis in harvest management, silviculture, resource protection, or other area of forestry emphasis.
They will also possess knowledge of forestry management principles sufficient to direct Division programs, communicate effectively with co-workers, technical audiences, and local constituents, and treat employees inclusively in areas such as accommodation, accessibility, scheduling, expectations, individualized resource needs, training, and development.
