Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (3 years working on Healthcare projects highly preferred).
- Expert knowledge of AIA contracts and GMP structures
- Certifications preferred: ASHE CHC, OSHA 30, PMP, LEED AP
- Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
