QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 years of experience in the field with at least 5 years of General Contracting experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager in commercial construction working on Schools/Higher Education projects over $30M in size
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management highly preferred.
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- LEED and OSHA experience preferred.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
