Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient observations, including changes in physical or emotional condition.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility and transportation needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental well-being.
- Perform vital sign checks and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
Skills
- Experience in caregiving roles such as nursing home, home health, hospice care, or group home settings is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and the ability to recognize vital signs.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or providing direct support services is a plus.
