Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Garden Court Chateau, you'll help create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities include:
- Resident Advocate: Complete admission and discharge assessments, oversee care plans, and ensure each resident receives personalized services.
- Quality Care Leader: Monitor daily charting, review medication administration procedures, and provide mentorship to staff.
- Educator: Train new hires in health and medication protocols and provide ongoing education to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Community Connector: Assist with organizing events such as family picnics, entertainment, and coffee gatherings to foster a vibrant community.

Qualifications:
