Your Role :
As a Registered Nurse at Garden Court Chateau, you'll help create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities include :
Resident Advocate : Complete admission and discharge assessments, oversee care plans, and ensure each resident receives personalized services.
Quality Care Leader : Monitor daily charting, review medication administration procedures, and provide mentorship to staff.
Educator : Train new hires in health and medication protocols and provide ongoing education to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Community Connector : Assist with organizing events such as family picnics, entertainment, and coffee gatherings to foster a vibrant community.
Relationship Builder : Work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals to build trust and provide exceptional care.
Problem Solver : Address concerns, guide staff, and maintain smooth daily operations.
Qualifications :
RN License : Current Minnesota licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Care Expertise : Knowledge of nursing assessments, care plans, and state assisted living regulations.
Leadership Skills : Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Long-Term Care Experience : Preferred experience in assisted living or long-term care settings.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate with staff, residents, and families to deliver high-quality care.
Physical Readiness : Must meet the physical demands of the position.
Work Schedule & Benefits :
Full-Time Role : Includes occasional weekends and holidays, with participation in the 24 / 7 on-call rotation.
Competitive Pay : $87,360-$91,520 annually.
