Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Perform venipuncture for blood draws and intravenous access.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Assist in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving the facility.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with ICD-9 coding standards.
- Support patients with aliment-related needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in senior care
