Energy Home Improvements is searching for an In-home Sales Representative to develop the Idaho Falls, ID market. We are the nation’s fastest growing home improvement company, specializing in triple-paned window and entry doors and are excited to expand our reach in the west.

The Role:
Energy Home Improvements was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. Our Energy Guides go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. Energy Guides provide all the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.
Travel to your pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the Idaho Falls area.
Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
Sales representative will be responsible to self-generate leads along with EHI’s provided appointments.

You will be equipped with exclusive presentation & pricing tools, apps, proprietary technologies, and exclusive finance options that will give you the best chance of success in your territory. Additionally, you will have our industries first fully automated digital sales process from end to end.
Additional tools include:
EHI’s custom window & entry door samples. Both our window and entry door product lines are some of the most energy efficient systems in the America while being up to date with all the latest designs and colors.
EHI has a unique marketing strategy that allows us to offer our products and installation services far below market value.
The benefits of the position:
The income opportunity for this role is between $135,600 - $160,800 per year.
Commission only (all paid upfront)
Monthly bonuses based on overall sales volume.

In-home sales experience required.
Proven leadership skills.

Ability to lift and carry at least 50 Lbs of sample materials (required)
