Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
Washbay Supervisor assigns responsibilities, manages workflow, schedules and trains employees, evaluates employee performance, support and guidance of team, ensure safety at all time, builds a positive environment, and reports and updates upper management. Ability to work in all weather elements.
Supervision:
- Review and oversee washing, productivity, data accuracy, training, of the staff.
- Assign work orders based upon staff's skills and abilities.
- Ensure all work is invoiced and organized.
- Work with the various departments to ensure proper function of washbay.
- Ensure accuracy and monitor repairs in the wash bay, assist, instruct and advise staff.
- Monitor time management and quality of the staff's performance.
- OSHA safety & cleanliness compliance.
- Communicate with management on backlog of work, inventory issues, etc.
- Ensure the company service trucks and other shop vehicles function properly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or otherwise required.
The duties and responsibilities of this position are performed with latitude for independent judgment and action based on knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and professional standards. All staff needs to be highly organized and communicate effectively, as they will be expected to maintain detailed service records.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
