Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Administer Medications
- Wound Care
- Keep comprehensive medical records of all patient interactions.
- Make sure all equipment is sterilized and maintain clean working environment.
- Educate participants about health management concepts using evidence-based guidelines.
LPN Requirements
- I-9 Documentation
- Valid work authorization
- Two Written Letters of Recommendation
- NYS Nursing License & Registration
- Valid CPR Certification (American Heart Association is a plus)
- MMR Titer Results
- Valid TB Test
- Valid Physical

Pay: $45 per hour; OT $67 per hour
