What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at MNZING NORTH AMERICA?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Perform all aspects of customer order processing
- Initiate, monitor, and coordinate high volume of email communications between customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Handle customer returns and complaints.
- Respond to customer and sales force inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain and update customer requirements and account information in database / operating systems
- Monitor stocking levels at warehouses based on sales history and forecasts
- Place orders and track inbound container shipments from intercompany sites
- Clerical / administrative duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift in an office environment. Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time. Will be required to use phone daily to answer customer needs. Will be required to use computer daily to effectively complete job functions for entire shift.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : Office environment.
