MO MedSpa is looking for an Aesthetic Nurse to join our team. MO MedSpa is a new concept where there is NO SELLING required by the medical professionals or staff. Using the latest in MedSpa technology, we are looking for medical professionals who provide gentle and effective treatments. Our staff is evaluated based on patient outcomes and their quality of service, NOT the amount of sales each month.

You will be leading and working alongside other experienced professionals under the guidance of our experienced DNP and MD medical director. We pride ourselves in excellence and we continuously educate our staff in the most advanced procedures and techniques to ensure optimal results. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Evaluate patients’ suitability for all available services/treatments.
• Educate patients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Provide medical aesthetic services in accordance with our protocols, policies and procedures.
• Administer injectables and laser skin treatments, including but not limited to:
• Botox and Fillers, Microneedling, IPL, CO2 Peel, Pigmentation Treatment, Body Contouring, HydraFacial, and Laser Hair Removal

• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate patient treatment records/data in the patients’ medical chart.
• Case review; results of patient procedure outcomes.
• Perform maintenance checks on all devices to ensure systems are operating appropriately
• Provide superior customer service and develop patient relationships that will result in long term and continual care.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of devices and treatment rooms between each patient.
• Manage operational flow from checking patients in/out, rooming patients, attending to the needs of the patients and team members.
• Manage staff schedules.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals.
• Participate in marketing and educational activities and events in support of the brand & philosophy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Active Registered Nurse or LPN license in the state Hawaii, must be in good standing.
• Experience in nursing is preferred.
• Must maintain continuing education requirements.
• Relevant industry experience preferred.
• Warm and welcoming bedside manner.
• Exceptional teamwork skills.
• Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications.
• Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
