Your role at MOBE
This is an exciting time at MOBE and we are growing fast. At MOBE, we have a lot of data: eligibility, medical and pharmacy claims, marketing campaign impressions, transcripts from participant interactions, etc.
As a Data Operations Quality Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of MOBE’s data pipelines. Partnering with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize data quality processes that support business operations and analytics. Your expertise in healthcare data, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate will help shape the future of data-driven decision-making at MOBE.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor operational data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across multiple systems.
- Identify, assess, and document data quality issues and their impact on business operations.
- Utilize ETL tools for execution of data processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data movement.
- Collaborate with business owners, analysts, developers, and technology teams to drive data quality improvements.
- Develop and implement automated quality checks to detect anomalies and prevent data inconsistencies.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts and business intelligence teams to align pipeline execution with business needs.
- Effectively communicate data quality issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Determine root causes of data discrepancies and recommend long-term solutions.
- Participate in special projects that support our mission and business objectives.
